About this project:

Description:

I started this project out of a desire to share my insights concerning the Word of God with the world and to spread accurate understanding about the meanings of passages of Scripture whose full understanding relies on the understanding of the culture in which things happened and were said.
I hope that this project will lead people to a better understanding of the Bible.

I believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God. There are many things we do not understand in the Bible, but it contains no errors. Apparent contradictions are the result of an incomplete understanding on the part of the reader. Further study will always reveal that the Bible is singular throughout.

Status:

Basic coding of the Old and New Testaments into HTML has now been completed.  This phase took three months.
The current phase includes linking passages to form chains.
How can I help?

Plans:

    Current plans include:
  1. Linking prophecies with the verses detailing their fulfillment.
  2. Linking verses detailing specific subjects in chains (hence the title Bible Chain Project (I will be accepting suggestions for new chains once I get all of my basic chains embedded)).
  3. "What does God say about...?" links.
    Other ideas include:
  1. Words of Christ in red. (Convenient, but time-consuming to code, which is why the first version does not include this luxury.)
  2. Notations on prophecies about Christ.
  3. (Open to suggestions)
